Competition Color is highly skilled in creating, designing, and producing high-quality, color printed folding cartons. Our roots began in 1979 when Concepts in Imaging was created in New York by Kevin and Wendy Flynn specializing in pre-press and graphics. Concepts rose from the ground up and was later purchased by a large full-service folding carton manufacturer based in Queens. After many successful years, Kevin decided it was time to build another company and in 2003 Competition Color was born.  Focusing on color printed packaging, Kevin and Wendy successfully grew yet another company from the ground up.  In 2014, Matthew L Flynn joined the company and created the production team. Later in 2017, Michael R. Flynn joined focusing on sales and marketing.  Competition Color has grown into a successful family-owned business servicing the entire US, with more than 50 years of combined packaging experience. We understand not only the needs of current day packaging but also the technical aspects from behind the scenes. We can offer customers advice and solutions with challenging initial designs, re-branding, updating current structures, photography, print quality, proper board caliper, logistics, and more.
